Terms and Conditions for the Next Bey Affiliate Program
1. Introduction
Welcome to the Next Bey Affiliate Program. These Terms and Conditions outline the rules and guidelines for participating in our Affiliate Program. By signing up and participating in our Affiliate Program, you agree to comply with these Terms and Conditions.
2. Definitions
Affiliate: An individual or entity that has agreed to promote Next Bey products in exchange for a commission.
Commission: A payment made to an Affiliate for each successful sale generated through their affiliate link.
Successful Sale: A sale that is not refunded or canceled and has been delivered and confirmed after 50 days.
Refund: A reversal of a sale transaction resulting in the return of funds to the customer.
Cookies Duration: The period during which a cookie remains active after a user clicks an affiliate link. For our program, the cookies duration is 30 days.
3. Enrollment in the Affiliate Program
To become an Affiliate, you must submit an application through our website. We reserve the right to accept or reject any application at our sole discretion.
4. Affiliate Responsibilities
Promote Next Bey products on your website, social media, and other channels.
Ensure that all promotional materials comply with our brand guidelines and do not misrepresent our products.
Keep your affiliate links up to date and functional.
5. Commission Structure
Affiliates will earn a 10% commission on successful sales generated through their affiliate links.
Commissions will be calculated based on the net sales amount, excluding shipping, taxes, and any other additional charges.
The cookies duration for affiliate links is 30 days. If a customer makes a purchase within 30 days of clicking an affiliate link, the Affiliate will be credited with the sale.
6. Payment of Commissions
Commissions will be paid 50 days after the successful delivery of the order.
If a sale is refunded within this 50-day period, no commission will be paid for that sale.
Payments will be made via the method specified during your registration. Ensure your payment information is accurate and up to date.
7. Refunds and Cancellations
If a customer requests a refund for a sale, the commission for that sale will be voided.
If a sale is canceled, no commission will be paid.
8. Termination
We reserve the right to terminate your participation in the Affiliate Program at any time, with or without cause. Reasons for termination may include, but are not limited to:
Violation of these Terms and Conditions
Misrepresentation of our products
Inappropriate or unethical promotional practices
9. Modification of Terms and Conditions
Next Bey reserves the right to modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. Affiliates will be notified of any changes via email or through our website. Continued participation in the Affiliate Program constitutes acceptance of the modified terms.
10. Limitation of Liability
Next Bey will not be liable for any indirect, special, or consequential damages arising in connection with the Affiliate Program or these Terms and Conditions.
11. Governing Law
These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes arising out of or related to these Terms and Conditions will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Moradabad, Uttar Pradesh.
